The value that Nintendo has put on the nostalgia surrounding classics just might be enough to convince me to hop on this bandwagon. This was a welcome announcement for someone who set up his old Windows XP desktop last year just to install and play Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 (yes I know the games were available digitally, and no, I was not going to buy them again at the time). The interface has been redesigned for intuitive control on the Switch allowing for easy access to the game anywhere you go. You can ride your own rides, create your guests, and even provide light shows in your park. This Complete Edition comes with the Soaked and Wild expansion packs. The game is being remastered for Switch and PC and it will be available September 24, 2020. After various reincarnations for different platforms through the years (let’s not talk about the mobile app) the franchise has returned to Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. The classic series originating in 1999 for Windows is returning. Heads up to all you Roller Coaster Tycoon fans.
